12 - Easy to store single Zesty BBQ Sauce, Diced Potatoes with Beef heater meal is a Meal Ready to Eat (MRE). Each MRE is 400 calories. A heater meal is great for camping, hiking or in an emergency. Keep a heater meal on hand for power failures and when you are stuck in your home. The MRE comes with its own water pouch to add to the chemical heater, so no additional drinking water is required.

Heater meals are simple to use, just open the heater meals box and remove the MRE. Open the water pouch and pour it on the heater pad. Slide the heater and meal back into the box and close until hot.
