Return Policy |
Should your product(s) arrive with a defect or malfunction, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. GetReadyGear will arrange to have the defective product(s) returned, free of shipping charge, while we provide you with replacement product(s) at no charge.
Should you not be completely satisfied with your product(s), you may request a refund and return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. Refund requests must be submitted either via email to info@getreadygear.com, or in writing to: GetReadyGear, Attn: REFUNDS, P.O. Box 51, Wilton, CA 95693. All returned materials must be in good working order and in the original packaging with all applicable instructions included. Returned items shall be shipped to GetReadyGear at the customer's expense. |
